WORST RIDE: 2005 ride back from Ellensburg in rain/tornado storm. Down pour, my visor did not keep the water out, glasses were less than helpful, and a foot of water on the road at the underpass on 1-82 at twin bridges and a full logging truck right in front of me. I rapidly learned how to ride in the rain.

HUMOROUS RIDE: 2005 Reno ride (Street Vibrations). We had left Reno on Sunday morning to return home. The first stop our group made was at the rest area before the Standish turnoff. I turned off my V Star classic and got off the bike. When getting ready to leave, I could not find my bike key. Thankfully my husband had brought spare keys for the bikes just in case. Finally on the road back to Yakima. When we got back to Yakima, I had additional keys made for my bike. The following February, I got my first Harley, a Road King Custom.

RIDE ADVICE: Take the beginners class, listen to more experienced riders (turns out many times they know what they are talking about), always ride like you are invisible and most importantly, do not pass up a restroom.
