Ride 365 Mileage Program

OdometerWhat is Ride 365?

Ride 365 is the Official Mileage Recognition Program for H.O.G.®, The Official Riding Club of Harley-Davidson. Ride 365 includes the existing lifetime recognition and two new programs—Annual Recognition and an annual Chapter Challenge.

Visit your local H-D Dealer to learn more about the fun, comradery and excitement you could be having by joining a H.O.G. chapter and participating in the H.O.G. Mileage Recognition Program (Ride365) which rewards you for doing what you love--riding your Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Why are we doing it?

To encourage you to focus on the reason you own H-D® motorcycles—to ride them!  There are also rewards and recognition offered.

What’s in it for me as a H.O.G. member?

• Celebrate good times—log your miles and be recognized
• Track your riding experience—rack up miles and celebrate the milestones
• Contribute to your Chapter’s Challenge mileage goal—have fun as you strengthen your chapter

How will mileage be tracked?

You must have your odometer mileage validated at your H-D® dealership at the beginning of the calendar year.  After that, you can return to the dealer throughout the year to add to your
total annual mileage. Your miles will also be added to your lifetime total and tracked as part of the lifetime program.

Can I enter mileage myself?

To maintain the integrity of the program, mileage must be read and entered at an authorized Harley-Davidson® dealership.  Please turn in your odometer miles at Apple State H-D for the Ride 365 tally.

Further details can be found at the web-site link above or the Ride365 PDF document FAQ found here.

Reasoning behind the H.O.G.

The Harley Owners Group® (H.O.G.®) is an organization founded and sponsored by Harley-Davidson Motor Company. The Group was established to offer motorcycling benefits and services to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts throughout the
world, and to develop a close relationship between the Harley-Davidson rider, the Harley-Davidson® Dealership, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

The opportunity for a authorized Harley-Davidson Dealership to start an independent Chapter affiliated with the Harley Owners Group is offered to bring members together for the common interest of promoting motorcycling activities. As a benefit of membership, a H.O.G.® member may join any chartered H.O.G.® Chapter. The intent of the Chapter is to “Ride and Have Fun” with like-minded individuals who have a passion for riding Harley-Davidson® motorcycles and the HarleyDavidson® brand. The Chapter shall be a family-oriented, non-political and non-religious organization.

Spring Time Pre Ride Inspection

After sitting all winter, we should all do a thorough pre ride inspection to include tire wear and pressure. Over the winter pressure tend to bleed off and can cause uneven wear on tires, wobble while riding, or diving into turns. Our local HD dealer will check your tire pressures for us. There are many other items to check on […]

Activities Officer Update March 2023

Even though it may not look like it outside, the 2023 riding season is just around the corner. Mother Nature just has a few more surprises up her sleeve before we get there. Since we can’t rely on the fickle old gal, I only have one ride tentatively planned for this month and that is after the Chapter meeting on […]

Activities Officer February Update 2023

Hey everyone. We are one step closer to riding season! We actually had a couple of good days in January. On the 19th a few of us went on an impromptu ride out Highway 24 to the Silver Dollar. Then we cut over to Sunnyside and returned to Yakima via the Yakima Valley Highway. Jason Cavanaugh got his first taste of […]
